"Don't do long meditation. Do a short meditation of 10 to 15 minutes.
Stop the meditation when it is going well. Don't meditate till you get
tired, it feels uncomfortable or not appealing. If you go on meditating
till you get tired, then you'll feel reluctant to start a new session
