Do not worry. Tibetans have a saying, that if a problem can be fixed, worrying is pointless, because something can be done. And if a problem can not be fixed, worrying is still pointless, because nothing can be done.

Whatever your situation, no matter how serious, worrying will only make it worse. It also consumes so much of your time and energy, that you could have used to cultivate inner peace and happiness instead.
