"In our world there is different definition of suffering, that is based on body and mind with extreme and there is also subtle disturbance at all times, we will fail many times to overcome the extreme overwhelming suffering, when we do meditation we have a tendency wanting to isolate and escape ourselves,
It is however your natural desire but it is not the Effective tools,
Effective practice is distance yourself from extreme approach or decision until you have a full conclusion with the realization towards your emotion and analyzing the essence of suffering through your meditation through your wisdom and that is footsteps of buddha.
