"If we act with integrity and consideration for others, thereby refraining from destructive actions, then our heart can be very open because we have nothing to hide—there's nothing that we wish to cover up or prevent others from knowing in our lives. This releases any kind of burden on our hearts. It also means we have no reason to lie, so that frees us from all the complications of lying. Keeping our integrity, our values, our principles, acting according to them and refraining from destructive actions, is really a type of freedom in and of itself."
